Emergya has been selected to develop the new site and app User Experience for the Madrid Metro. This project will take place for the next 6 months and it will consist of renewing the app and web interface in order to optimise the service and offer the most up-to-date information to users.
The project will include every technical issue related to the user experience: interviews, surveys, benchmarking, journey planner and data information will be used to develop a navigation model designed to the users’ needs.
This project is part of a full strategy of Madrid Metro whose final aim is to maximise user satisfaction.
